Zoe Saldana is one of those lucky girls…you know the girls…naturally thin…the one that you would never accuse of having an eating disorder because she has been the same size for as long as she has been famous. And I can appreciate that. Also, up until recently, she had pretty much remained in the shadows in Hollywood. She had roles in movies but nothing memorable. Honestly, my favorite Zoe Saldana movie will always be Center Stage…you know…the ballerina movie. I learned all the dances and I was going to be a prima ballerina.
At any rate, Star Trek happened, and we know the rest of the story…Avatar…Colombiana…sequels for the rest of her life. She hit the Hollywood jackpot. So of course, during red carpets and interviews everyone wants to know how she got fit for her action roles and how she maintains her figure. Because she is a designer’s dream. She can wear anything and make it look effortless and high fashion. very few people possess that skill…remember…Diane Krueger…Rihanna…Kristen Stewart. So how does she do it?

I honestly think that healthy eating for Zoe is simply avoiding junk food. Which everyone should do. The occasional splurge is fine, but eating McDonald’s everyday is never a good choice…and besides…If I’m going to splurge, I can think of a million other options much better than an over-processed, over-salted, greasy pseudo burger. Just saying.
