I am by no stretch of the imagination a fan of Jennifer Aniston. It has nothing to do with the who Team Aniston/Team Jolie feud that won’t die (Geez! You would think that people would move on already. Brad and Angelina are two steps from creating their very own international basketball team.) However, if you forced me to choose, I would have to go with Angie…the woman is beautiful beyond comprehension and oozes sex appeal…I’m off topic.
Chick is 43, and her body…RIDICULOUS. There have clearly been so many google searches for her workout plan that there is a website dedicated to it. BOSS.
So, what does dear Jennie do to maintain that figure? Why, workout everyday of course. 40 minutes of cardio (running, spinning, elliptical, etc…mix it up so that your body doesn’t get used to the routine). Pilates once a week. Yoga 3 days a week. Combine this with a healthy/balanced diet and you may be on the path to looking as svelte as she does at 43 (I can’t make any promises past 29 for the average person though).
