Every girl has probably been through it at some point in her life. You break up with your significant other, and you unintentionally, or intentionally, begin to lose weight. You look great, and people are notcing. Your family and friends are commenting on your changing body; and at that point, how you got there is not at all important.
Some girls fall into a depression and lose their appetites, some take up hobbies like running, weightlifting, and healthy eating, and some just stop eating the crap that used to be regular dinners with their boyfriends (the male metabolism sucks by the way). Jennie Garth is no different. After splitting with her husband of 11 years, Peter Facinelli (the hot vampire dad, Carlisle Cullen), Garth’s body began to change; and everyone is taking notice. She told ET Canada:
“I’ve been certainly going through a transitional time in my life and I think anybody who has been through something like what I’m going through, and have been going through for the past couple years, can definitely relate that your body changes with your emotional state of mind sometimes. I think a lot of women can relate to that.”
Garth added that she’s trying to encourage her daughters, to eat healthier, too.
“There’s lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. We have so many fruits at our ranch where we’ve been living, so eating healthy, especially with three girls, body image is something that I try to set a good example for them,” Garth explained.

I think that this is great. Honestly, focusing on health and fitness is the perfect revenge. You look great, and your significant other realizes he is an douche (win-win situation, Eh?)
