Anyone remember this Jessica Biel?
For as long as I can remember, this Jessica Biel was my “fit girl” crush. Jessica Biel, with this body, had women across America lunging down the street trying to pick up those glutes, doing crunches on our lunch break so that the calories we consumed wouldn’t count and sabotage our “six packs”, and dropping things purposely just so that we could have a reason to squat.
This Jessica Biel made me second guess every piece of candy I eyed and regret every cupcake that I consumed. The epitome of fit girl envy. I searched all over the internet looking for answers to HOW she got that body. The top answer: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
